I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning villa in paradise and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views and the impeccable attention to detail in every aspect of the villa.

The villa itself is absolutely gorgeous, with spacious and beautifully decorated rooms that are equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need. The outdoor area is equally impressive, with a stunning pool that overlooks the ocean and plenty of comfortable loungers and seating areas to relax and soak up the sun.

But what really sets this villa apart is the exceptional kindness and attention to detail provided Tim and Sue. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces, and throughout our stay, they went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Overall, I cannot recommend Bay Tree Villa in paradise highly enough. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a family vacation, this villa is the perfect choice for anyone looking to experience the ultimate in luxury and relaxation. Thank you for an unforgettable stay, I will be back!

What an absolutely amazing place. I absolutely love it, everything you could hope for . The setting and views are breathtaking. Was so lovely to wake up in such a massive..luxurious...comfy bed with the views to die for.

Bay Tree is spotless and vast, has everything you need and more.

Tim and Suzanne go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

The flower arrangements are all done by Suzanne from their Bay Tree Gardens which are something else 💗

The bathroom facilities are jaw dropping gorgeous.

In all I would like to give this ten stars but 5 is the most....cannot recommend enough...heaven on earth ...thank you ❤️

Waiting for us to enjoy after 10 hours of traveling, was cold beer, bottled water, freshly baked bread, butter, eggs, and so much more for us to enjoy that evening and at breakfast so we didn’t have to leave the villa until we were fully rested.

Seriously, this is the way renting a villa should be; of course, we plan to return!

Gorgeous pool, and a fully fitted gym should you really need it!! Swimming pool is spot on and the view of Spring Bay is quite wonderful. Easy access to the whole lovely island. She keeps the place immaculate and cannot do enough to help you. Worth every cent!! Not really children friendly, in fact I wouldn’t advise that at all. Don’t hesitate, grab a slice of Bequia you will not regret renting from Suzanne & Tim. We have, three times now and we will be back!

Even before we checked-in, Suzanne extended her hospitality to us - she helped us figure out the ferry schedule and rent a car for our stay. Check-in was a breeze and Suzanne and her team ensured we found the villa without any issue. The villa itself is well situated above the mountain in Spring estate - facing the east of the island. Every amenity has been thought of. The pool and the view from the balcony are breathtaking. With an office on the property it’s (almost) tempting to work remotely from Bay Tree Villa. We cannot recommend Bay Tree villa highly enough for your stay on Bequia.

The not-surprising finding: the happiest people were with someone they love, looking at a beautiful body of water, basking in sunny days of 80-ish degree temps, and enjoying interludes of physical intimacy. Share Bay Tree Villa for a week or more with your best friend and you'll be the happiest people on Earth!

We cannot recommend Bay Tree Villa highly enough. It gets 5 stars from us on all fronts! The house has been furnished and outfitted to a very high standard and thoughtful details abound. Suzanne & Tim are perfect hosts leaving you totally in peace but always responding quickly to any query no matter how small and providing local knowledge as needed. The house itself has spectacular views and catches the breezes so there is always a cool area to relax in on balconies or terraces amidst the stunning Bougainvillea. We do recommend renting a vehicle or being prepared to take short taxi rides into town or to restaurants as needed as the house is located up a steep hill and in a very quiet residential area. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and nothing beats eating dinner on a balmy evening out on the balcony or by the BBQ. From cooling off in the wonderful swimming pool, admiring the amazing views and just relaxing in the many shaded areas this is certainly a location to get away from all the stresses of everyday life – especially during these times of Covid. We were two couples travelling from the UK and it was worth going through the challenges of Covid travel requirements needed to get to Bequia. We will certainly try and get back to the beautiful island of Bequia and the magnificent Bay Tree Villa as soon as we possibly can. This is a spot in paradise you should not miss but I notice word is obviously getting out as bookings are going very quickly!

We stayed at the Bay Tree Villa for a week in late November. The property has a constant breeze and a stunning view from the exterior. The house is beautiful, well appointed (it used to be the residence of the owners), and really comfortable for a week's stay. (For reference: I looked up villas on the sister island of Mustique, these are ten times the price for the same views / same beaches). We really enjoyed the island of Bequia. It has a low-key island vibe without feeling touristy. Locals are really friendly and welcoming. Recommend renting a jeep for the week's stay. There are a bunch of restaurants on the island (we tried Jack's, Mack's and the Underground) and enjoyed them all -- not much better than eating outside with a cool breeze. We also really enjoyed sailing through the islands to Tobago Cays (on Musto) and sailing to the Volcano / hike to Dark View Falls on Saint Vincent (on Groovy). Also, really enjoyed sitting on Princess Margaret's Beach with the calm waters and white sand. This house felt like an escape from the world when you're sitting on the back porch with no one in sight. Totally understand why people come back year after year...

First let me say Suzanne and Tim were really helpful and gracious hosts. We arrived to a delicious prepared supper in the fridge, so needed after our long masked journey to the island. Our hosts provided a cell phone to use for calls on the island which was so very helpful. Their restaurant and shopping recommendations were spot on. The house has all the creature comforts you could want including great WIFI. Our month long stay in October 2021 was the perfect counter to the anxiety caused by Covid in the US. Many different birds, tortoises, small colorful lizards to admire along with the sounds of the breeze in the bay trees and palms and the occasional sounds from cows, roosters and goats in the valley below. If you want a private, relaxing place to stay in the Caribbean this is it. One tip you will need to rent a car or utilize taxi's. We will certainly return!

We have been staying for the last nine nights at Suzanne and Tim’s beautiful Bay Tree Villa. The Villa itself cannot be faulted. Everything that one could possibly need in a home from home has been thought through and amply provided for. The maintenance of the Villa is second to none and there are thoughtful touches everywhere which makes it feel much more than a holiday home. The villa itself has two bedrooms upstairs, the Master suite, cosy, large and comfortable. Beautiful furnishings and fittings and a very large comfortable bed with top grade sheets and pillows.

An en-suite bathroom and shower and a huge dressing room. (And a very impressive Big Ass ceiling fan!) The second bedroom is slightly smaller but lovely and light and airy, also with en-suite and dressing area. The kitchen/lounge has every amenity that you can think of and a lovely aspect looking out onto the beautiful gardens and pool area. We had a surprising amount of rain but with the spacious balconies we could sit out, enjoy the view of the distant islands disappearing and appearing from time to time. There is a very mature garden, surrounding the beautiful swimming pool, which is very tropical with papaya trees, full of fruit and almost ready to eat. Suzanne and Tim could not do enough to make us feel comfortable and welcome and were available whenever we needed anything, which was not a lot, but were there if needed. I would not hesitate to return again and will be recommending it to family and friends when we next see them.

From initial communication with Suzanne to arrival we were extremely happy with our choice for a 5 day break in Bequia. Concerns re no ac were immediately cast aside as the villa is open to amazing sea breezes and has very efficient fans. The villa is equipped to an extremely high standard with a fully fitted kitchen and wash room, spacious lounge, fast wifi even an office/ zoom room. Bedrooms and bathrooms are exceptional with high end furniture and fittings. Outside wow a pool with a view, (thats an understatement), loads of space for loungers and eating and an additional bbq area at the back. Downstairs is gym room and additional accomodation and kitchen. The landscaping is beautiful with many plants and trees all carefully maintained. Close to restaurants and the main harbour and beaches - what a find - we will certainly return and highly recommend. Thank you so much Suzanne and Tim

Best travel experience

10/10 recommend everyone to stay here if you are able to. The accommodations were incredible and Suzanne was the perfect host. When we got in the first night she already had an amazing dinner prepared for us, and had arranged for our rental car to be brought to us. We also realized we had left a bag in our taxi and Suzanne coordinated to get it back to us ASAP. The place was even more stunning than in the photos, and there was a lovely book with tons of recommendations and helpful tips. All in all it was a marvelous week and we are so thankful for such great hospitality!

Breathtaking Best Vacation

I am fortunate to travel a lot and stay in amazing places BUT Bay Tree by far has been my most favourite home. Stunning views, flora and fauna - every day was perfect even with a little rain. The home was Beautifully appointed with great care, the kitchen and open floor plan were great for making meals, a stunning view from every perspective. Our host Suzanne was caring and thoughtful - we arrived to an amazing dinner which was not expected but sooooo good and we made it last!

For me the privacy, the view and the pool were highlights - snuggling on the verandah and watching the sea at night to drinking coffee in the morning looking for iguanas to afternoon cocktails at the pool - heaven.

My husbands favourite parts were the pool, the cinnamon trees and views which were outstanding.

I celebrated my birthday here - it was magical and we plan to come back - XxxOoo

Perfect Stay in Bequia

The photos simply don’t do justice to the beautiful home and wonderful experience that is staying in this home. My jaw dropped when I saw the views and beautiful accommodations of the Villa when we checked in, and I knew I would never forget our stay.

You can believe all of the other reviewers who say that the property has beautiful views, modern amenities, and is perfectly private. There is high speed internet, cable tv, and a very well-appointed kitchen.

As wonderful as the property and amenities are, Tim and Suzanne are what made our stay truly special. Those that have been to Bequia before know that the trip from the airport in St. Vincent to where you are actually staying in Bequia can be a long one, but Tim & Suzanne did everything they could to make the process as painless as possible. They arranged for us to be picked up by a taxi at the airport and taken to the ferry. They also arranged to have us taken from the Ferry in Bequia to the Villa. When someone in our party realized they left a bag in the taxi in St. Vincent, Suzanne arranged to have the taxi driver put the bag on the next ferry over. They even arranged to have our rental car delivered to the property, as we were getting in after dark on our first night. Tim & Suzanne also had excellent recommendations about where to go and what to do while on Bequia.

This trip was special. It was special because of the wonderful Villa that we stayed in, and it was special because of the great service that Tim and Suzanne provided throughout our stay. If you are considering staying here, I would suggest that you book now and don’t look back. You will be thrilled that you found this special piece of paradise.

Where do I begin???

Suzanne and Tim are the best hosts/ property managers my wife and I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. My wife and I had numerous questions leading up to our stay ranging from transportation, sights to see, places to go to, etc. Suzanne was always quick to respond with a wealth of knowledge and many options. My wife and I had an issue with our original flight and were unable to book a short flight through SVG Air, we emailed Suzanne asking for options and she responded in 15 minutes stating that she called the airline and they were now holding two spots on the flight for us! Absolutely amazing what she was able to do.

When my wife and I arrived we were greeted with the utmost hospitality from Suzanne as she showed us around the house and then she quickly excused herself to let us settle in. During our stay we had a few questions of which Suzanne and Tim were quick to answer. The level of service was second to none.

The attention to detail of the property was astounding. Every facet was meticulously attending to. The bedrooms were gorgeous, the kitchen was stocked with any utensil needed, and the pool and deck area were relaxing with stunning views. The open air concept of the house was always refreshing after going for walks.

If you are looking to go somewhere that you can truly disconnect from the work and recharge your batteries while taking in some of the most beautiful views, swimming in the most pristine ocean water, and enjoy taking in the local culture….look no further! Five stars are not high enough! I highly recommend this for a couple or a family!

One spectacular Villa!

This villa was built as the owner's primary residence and it shows. A marvelous open floor plan. The pictures don't do it justice, it is stunning. The attention to detail is evident throughout with all the amenities you could wish for. The house, pool and gardens are meticously maintained. We loved the BBQ area in the evenings and loved to lay out by the pool at night with all the lights out to spot the International Space Station and assorted satellites, no light pollution here. Bequia is a beautiful island and worth the extra flight to get there. We were late arriving in St. Vincent and missed the ferry but Tim & Suzanne arranged a power boat to come and pick us up so we never missed a night at the villa.

There is plenty to do here such as snorkeling (gear provided at the villa), diving or sailing. Plenty of restaurants to chose from and the shopping is also pretty good.

Beautiful villa and wonderful stay!

We've stayed at some really nice places in the Caribbean but this villa tops the list! Inside and out, it is just beautiful, well equipped, and so many little details that make it truly special. Our host, Suzanne, could not have been more helpful, especially in helping us get from St Vincent to Bequia when we encountered some travel challenges. We arrived to find the kitchen stocked with some breakfast items, fruit and a wonderful meal (my son is still raving about "Suzanne's chicken"), which we really appreciated.

The furnishings and appliances look practically new and we made good use of the blender (LOL). The gardens are so lush and beautiful; I enjoyed watching hummingbirds flit around the flowers while sipping coffee or a cocktail on the huge verandah. The view is lovely and it was so quiet at night, nothing but the tree frogs chirping

The location in Spring was just right for us. We had a rental car as we like to explore. The drive into town was quick and roads were in pretty good shape, narrow and hilly, but if you've driven in the Caribbean before, you should have no trouble.

Highly recommend this villa and Bequia!

Amazing Villa with Jaw dropping views!

We spent two amazing weeks at Baytree Villa and enjoyed every second we were there. Suzanne, Tim and the rest of the team were extremely helpful, if we needed anything, otherwise we were left alone to enjoy our holiday. The Villa was stunning rivalling some on the neighbouring island of Mustique. The sea views are jaw dropping; the gardens and ponds are lovely and make the place very tranquil.

We chose not to hire a car as Taxi drivers are pleniful, we recommend you collect a few business cards from the drivers in town and they'll be at the end of the phone whenever you need them, we had a driver call Thadious who was truly amazing!

"Wow, Wow, WOW ".

I must have sounded like a complete idiot- - was all I could say as Suzanne our gracious host showed us around this stunning villa. Every smallest detail has been executed to the highest standard, inside and out. The location is perfect, a short drive from town and sitting in beautiful landscaped grounds with carefully chosen trees and flowering shrubs, with the views from both levels across the pool to the sea and islands beyond, so peaceful and relaxing. The furnishings are tasteful, the kitchen properly equipped and every comfort catered for - in fact the bed is so comfortable I nearly stole it. Suzanne and Tim went above and beyond with several very personal and lovely touches which made our trip even more special- feeling very blessed.

"Meticulously maintained dream villa!"

My husband and I have been traveling annually to the Caribbean for over 25 years; this is by far the most meticulously maintained villa we’ve had the pleasure of staying in. All of the furniture, including our bed was very comfortable and in extremely good condition. I love to cook and was thrilled to see the huge kitchen equipped with modern appliances as well as the outdoor grill all of which looked as if they were brand new. Surrounding the villa are beautifully lush mature gardens that open to a magnificent view of Spring Bay and the surrounding hills; it’s absolutely breathtaking! What really makes the villa special is the attention to detail taken by our hosts, Suzanne and Tim to ensure that our stay was perfect. Suzanne arranged for our rental car company to pick us up at the airport and drive us to the villa, leaving us with the rental on a SUNDAY at 6:30 PM! In addition to a delicious chicken and pasta salad waiting for us to enjoy after 10 hours of traveling, there was cold beer, bottled water, freshly baked bread, butter, eggs, and so much more for us to enjoy that evening and at breakfast so we didn’t have to leave the villa until we were fully rested. There was a binder with every imaginable bit of information you might need from resetting the clock on the oven to the best place for a romantic dinner. Seriously, this is the way renting a villa should be; of course we plan to return!

"Don't tell anyone - it's OUR secret!"

This beautifully, well appointed home is an oasis. This is the second time we have rented this home and we have already booked for 2019. We found Bequia 15 years ago and have traveled there every few years since. Bequia is a quiet, idyllic island with a beautiful harbor. Well designed, well appointed, beautifully landscaped Baytree Villa serves as a wonderful home base with a well appointed kitchen. We often found ourselves snacking at the pool wasting the afternoon away. After all, that is what vacation is for.

Tim and Suzanne are wonderful hosts who are always available, via a provided cell phone, to answers questions and recommend restaurants, shopping and excursions. In our opinion, it doesn't get any better, but don't tell anyone - it will be our secret!

"The most amazing holiday location and accomodation place to stay ever"

It is so much more than a 5 star, if I could I would mark it a 10 star. The villa is amazing, exquisite, well designed, well kept and spotlessly clean. All facilities that you could ever need while relaxing in an idyllic private location. On arrival a wonderful meal provided and enough to provisions to keep you going until you venture to the local shops. A preprogrammed mobile phone with restaurant contacts and island contacts, together with Suzanne's number should you need to contact her. Basically we had the most wonderful time and nothing was to much trouble for Suzanne and Tim. We went on a day trip on Friendship Rose to snorkel with the fishes and turtles and would say this is a must do trip if you have the time. We will certainly be going back to Bequia & Bay Tree Villa, the whole holiday was amazing.

"Stunning villa, perfect hosts."

My friend and I stayed in June for a week but could have stayed longer, so peaceful and relaxing. The villa is very spacious with a great balcony area for relaxing in the shade, loved the pool area also. Property is very well equipped and fabulous kitchen.

Communication with Suzanne was easy and prompt, she arranged for us to be met at the airport and even had a fridge full of goodies when we arrived.

Loved the island, an unspoilt gem, friendly people and beautiful beaches.

Highly recommend we had a fantastic stay, looking forward to returning in the not too distant future.

"Outstanding Villa / Pride in Ownership"

This was a wonderful villa my wife and I enjoyed for 10 days the end of Feb into March 2017. We were only two but easy 6 adults could be very comfortable in this house. There is shade throughout the day with a wonderful breeze. We travel to a different Carribean island for the last 13 years and have rented villas for 7-14 days in each island. Baytree is among the best for view, design and privacy. Suzanne was very easy to work with from the very beginning, helpful with ferry schedule and very prompt with email reply. Once we arrived we were greeted and oriented with the villa. A welcome snack and a few basics items were provided to get us started. A preprogramed cell phone with restaurant contacts, and island numbers was handy. No problems at all with the villa. We did not see Suzanne until our last day when we said good-buy.

Baytree is very well kept - clearly pride of ownership. Extremely comfortable furniture and bed. Top notch outside chairs, loungers, Frontgate matts for pool, etc. The landscape is absolutely beautiful - many different palms, ferns, flowers & trees. No doubt a passion of the owners. The staff was organized to all come on a day half way thru our trip - house keeper, pool and gardener. This was very nice as we enjoyed the privacy Baytree offers.

Bequia is a challenge to get to but a wonderful island to visit. The roads are in good shape and easy to navigate. One day is all you need to know how to get to most places on Bequia. The prices at the market, stands in town, beach bars and restaurants were extremely reasonable compared to other islands where we have traveled.

Take the time to get to Bequia and enjoy the people and intimacy of this small island. It is a very special place as is Baytree villa.

"None Better"

We have been renting private villas throughout the Caribbean for 30 years. Some nicer than others, but none better than Bay Tree Villa. The property is well designed, well appointed and well maintained. The landscaping is beautiful and the outdoor areas provide for both sun and shade. The views are spectacular as is the treatment you'll receive from Suzanne and Tim who own and operate Bay Tree.

We were met at the airport by a driver who delivered us to the villa in what would be our rental car. Upon arrival we were greeted by Suzanne who gave us a quick tour of the property and left us with a wonderful light dinner which she had prepared. There is a phone available for local calls that is pre-programmed with the numbers of local restaurants, taxi services and, of course, Suzanne's number.

We've never had better treatment in all our years of vacation rentals.

You'd be hard pressed to find a better accommodation than bay Tree Villa. We'll most definitely be back!

“6 Stars”

We stayed at Bay Tree Villa for a month, we loved it and if we could award it six stars then we would.

We stayed with friends and had the most wonderful time. The villa has an amazing view which one can never tire from looking at . It has everything you might need for a superb stay, open plan living with beautiful Caribbean breezes blowing through and a swimming pool that was always waiting when it got too hot

Suzanne and Tim are the perfect hosts and always available to us if we needed any help or advice about the island. We had a little mini moke for the month which got us all over the island and we feel we know it quite well now and we would love to return. We would definitely recommend Bay Tree Villa, you won't be disappointed.

"Absolutely amazing!"

We couldn't have asked for a better experience in visiting Bequia and the amazing Bay Tree Villa! Suzanne and Tim went above and beyond in making sure that our stay was 1st class. Suzanne even made some of our travel arrangements and booked a jeep for us.

Bay Tree Villa is in a gorgeous setting on top of a hill overlooking the bay below. The view was breathtaking. It is surrounded by beautiful foliage and has a very open feel to it. You can leave all of the doors open for a constant breeze. The Villa is truly comfortable and we felt right at home!

Bequia is a small charming island. The people there were friendly and accommodating . We did several snorkel and dive trips with Dive Bequia and would definitely recommend them if you are thinking of going out. There are some wonderful little restaurants too. I think Sugar Reef was our favorite for atmosphere and Dawn's for food and price.

You may want to consider renting a jeep to get around the island and explore. It is worth it to see all that the island has to offer. It truly is beautiful.
