Rentals Include:

Check In - Check Out Times:
Check In after 3pm, Check out before 10am. However we try and be as flexible as possible, based on your specific requirements.
Booking Information:
Bay Tree Villa can be placed on hold for a few days to allow you to finalize your travel plans and tie everything together. A deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking. This can be paid by credit card, pay pal or bank transfer.
The full balance payment (75% of total amount) is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. All the information and various payment options will be sent to you when this is due.
Amending Your Booking:
You may amend your booking up to 8 weeks before arrival. Changes to your booking within the 8 weeks prior to arrival can not be guaranteed, please contact us. Any changes are subject to availability and any difference in price.
Cancellations:
Guests cancelling up to 8 weeks before arrival will receive a full refund of any payment less deposit.
Guests cancelling within 8 weeks of arrival will forfeit all monies paid.
