Bequia
Getting Here...

The main gateway to Bequia is via Barbados, although there are connections via other Caribbean Islands.

Barbados has daily direct flights to Bequia with SVG Air or via St. Vincent with Liat Airways. Several ferries run between St Vincent and Bequia - see links below for ferry schedules.
We would be happy to coordinate your SVG air flights in combination with your villa rental.

St. Vincent & The Grenadines is a multi-island nation with 32 islands in total, many of which are uninhabited and offer a unique combination of rainforest eco-adventures, spectacular scuba diving, classic Caribbean powder-white sand beaches, luxury accommodation and amazing yachting & sailing.

The island of Bequia (pr. Bek-way) is the jewel of the Grenadines, it is seven square miles, quiet, relaxed, and has all the charm of the old Caribbean. Friendly people and natural beauty make Bequia a very special place. If you are looking for the "real" Caribbean Island experience, somewhere there is no fast food outlets and not the typical tourist trap, this is the Island for you.

Known for years by sailors, it is now being discovered by travelers seeking a natural place to relax and unwind. Beautiful white coral sand beaches, crystal clear waters and spectacular underwater life, ideal for snorkeling and diving, characterize Bequia and the Grenadines.

When it comes to weather, the Caribbean is renowned for having arguably the most desirable climate on the planet, with temperatures a gorgeous 26'C to 31'C year round.

The best time to visit Bequia is generally considered to be between December and April when it's slightly cooler, drier and less humid.

May, June, July, August and November, whilst still hot and sunny there is a greater chance of rainfall, but usually this means just short heavy showers. This shoulder season would generally provide cheaper rates and fewer crowds.

September and October are usually the wettest months however the Islands of the Grenadines of which Bequia is the largest do not experience as much rain fall as most of the other Volcanic islands due to their small size and low lying terrain.
